This website and the products offered on it are managed and provided by petrolvibes.team ("petrolvibes.team," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern all services/purchases of products (collectively, "Products") made by you ("Customer," "you," or "your") through this website ("Website").


These Terms apply to all petrolvibes.team customers, including individuals and legal entities, who purchase Products. All information, materials, and services provided on the Website are subject to these Terms. All new Products, features, or capabilities introduced by petrolvibes.team are automatically governed by these Terms, unless otherwise specified.

By placing an order or making a purchase through the Website, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase and use of Products is subject to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase any Products or use the Website for that purpose.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our Products and services to you.

    1. In order to use the Website and make any purchase on the Website you must meet the following minimal requirements:

(a) You have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them;

(b) You are of legal age to use the Website and/or enter into a remote contract via online means, as required by your local laws;

  1. WHAT WE SELL



    1. Please be noted that our Products are not designed and are not suitable for industrial, commercial or professional use. We sell our Products for personal use only.

    2. We sell decorative metal and neon wall art structures featuring silhouettes of cars, motorcycles, and race tracks. Our Products are handemade and can be supplied with hanging elements or protruding brackets.

    3. We allow customers to submit custom design orders – the customer can send us a model or exact photo, and we prepare a preliminary sketch for approval and the final version. These orders are only executed after receiving the customer's approval.

    4. Any mention of a trademark, model name, or other identifying mark in the space or product description does not imply any connection with the trademark owner, endorsement, sponsorship, or cooperation.

We reserve the right to reject an order for technical, legal, or other important reasons, as well as to change or limit the availability of certain models or designs without prior notice.



  1. PRODUCTS

    1. Products are be available exclusively online through the Website. These Products may have limited quantities and are subject to cancellation or refund only according to our Refund Policy.

    2. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

    3. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products that we offer. All descriptions of Product are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

    4. We do not warrant that the quality of any Products, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.



  1. PRICING, PAYMENTS AND CHARGES

    1. The price of the Products will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. PLEASE NOTE that the price shown on the checkout page does not include import duties, customs fees, or other taxes that may be imposed by the authorities in the country to which the Products are shipped. You are responsible for paying such taxes, if applicable.

    2. PLEASE NOTE that final prices may vary in different jurisdictions due to the inclusion or exclusion of value added tax (VAT), depending on the customer's country of delivery and applicable tax laws. Depending on your shipping address, certain orders may also be subject to import duties or customs fees.

    3. If VAT is applicable under the laws of your country and the goods are shipped from our fulfillment center located in the European Union, the applicable VAT will be included in the total product price that will be displayed on the checkout page.

    4. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable or state otherwise at checkout. Where VAT/GST/duties are assessed by the destination country, these are borne by the customer as disclosed at checkout and in the Shipping Policy. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price before dispatch.

    5. We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and other electronic payments only. We will not accept checks, cash or other means for payment, except if ‘cash on delivery’ service would be available in your country (if ‘cash on delivery’ is available at your country, you will be informed about such option on the check-out page).

    1. Prices for Products displayed on the Website might be subject to change. We may apply discounts or reduce prices from time to time.

Risk passes on delivery to you or to your nominated recipient (or to your carrier if you arrange your own pickup), and any shipment marked as “delivered” per carrier scan is deemed delivered; loss or theft occurring after the carrier marks an item as delivered is not our liability; and if a shipment is returned as unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable (including due to an incorrect or incomplete address), you are responsible for all two-way shipping and handling costs, with re-shipment occurring only after those charges are paid.
